We collect only what we need to run a safe marketplace: your account details, the listings and orders you create, and the verification documents required to sell.

Sensitive data

CNIC images and selfies used for seller verification are stored encrypted, accessed only by authorized reviewers, never shown publicly, and never used for anything other than verification. Device IMEIs are stored encrypted and shown to buyers only masked.

What we never do

We never sell your data, never post off-platform contact info, and never share your payment details with other users.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect your session, and secure form submissions — these are always on because the site can't work without them. With your consent we also use privacy-friendly analytics (aggregate page performance and traffic) to improve the site; these load only if you accept, and you can decline with Essential only. With that same consent we load Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation) to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

Independent of cookies, our servers record basic usage events (searches, pages for phone models you view, and the IP address and browser they came from) for security, fraud prevention and improving what we show first. These records are visible only to our team and are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Deleting your account

You can close your account anytime from your dashboard (Account tab). Your profile, addresses, saved items and preferences are removed from the marketplace immediately and your name shows as “Deleted user” anywhere it appeared. Records of completed orders, payments and verification are retained securely and privately, as required for fraud prevention and financial record-keeping, and are never publicly visible. Accounts with orders in progress, an open dispute, or money still in the wallet must settle those first.
