Account standing, suspensions & appeals

How strikes work, what a suspension pauses, and how to appeal a decision.

Your account standing reflects how your recent orders went. Problems that were your fault — a lost dispute, cancelling a sale after payment, not shipping — add a strike. Strikes expire on their own after 12 months of good behaviour.

The ladder

  • 0–1 strikes — good standing, nothing changes.
  • 2 strikes — listing is limited until your performance recovers.
  • 3 strikes — selling is suspended for 14 days.
  • 4+ strikes or fraud — the account is banned.

What a suspension actually pauses

  • New listings and relists are paused — the sell page will tell you until when.
  • Buying keeps working normally. Aap phir bhi khareed sakte hain.
  • In-flight orders continue — ship what you've sold and manage them as usual.
  • Selling resumes automatically when the suspension ends.

Appealing a decision

If you believe a strike or suspension was a mistake, appeal from the appeal form — one appeal, reviewed by a human, with the outcome sent to your email and notifications. Include order numbers; they help a lot.

Where to see your standing

Your dashboard's Account health card shows your standing, each strike with its reason, and when it stops counting.

Frequently asked

Do strikes last forever?
No — each strike stops counting 12 months after it was issued. Your Account health card shows the exact date per strike.
Can I still buy while suspended?
Yes. A suspension pauses selling only — buying and your existing orders keep working.
I was banned — can I appeal?
Banned accounts can't sign in, so use the contact form and our team will review it.
